Standard / Non-Emergency – Business Hours: within 24 hours / Non-Business Hours: within 72 hours
Emergency – Business Hours: within 2 hours / Non-Business Hours: within 4 hours
Business Hours: Starting at $24/quarter-hour** billed by the quarter hour with a minimum of a quarter-hour for non-emergencies and a half-hour for emergency requests
Non-Business Hours: Starting at $36/quarter-hour** billed by the quarter-hour with a minimum of a quarter-hour for non-emergencies and a half-hour for emergency requests
Holiday Hours: Starting at $48/quarter-hour** billed by the quarter-hour with a minimum of 1 hour for any holiday requests
** Starting rates require an active service agreement and no invoices are overdue. A ‘quarter hour’ is equivalent to 15 minutes. Other conditions may apply. Contact us to learn more.
Holidays include all actual and observed US Federal holidays, including New Year’s Eve Day, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, George Washington’s Birthday, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving plus the day after, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, and all other bank or federal holidays.
Additional fees may apply for travel more than 30 minutes and for same-day appointment cancellations. Discounts and/or starting rates are valid only if invoices are paid due upon receipt or prepaid and with an active service agreement.
